Refund Policy

1. Software Subscription (FanBudget POS Software)
FanBudget POS Software is a subscription-based service. Due to the nature of digital products, we follow the below refund guidelines:

  1. ✷ No Refunds After Activation: Once the subscription has been activated, refunds will not be issued for any billing cycle (monthly or annually), whether used or unused.
  2. ✷ Free Trial: We encourage customers to utilize our free trial before subscribing to ensure the software meets your requirements.
  3. ✷ Billing Errors: If you believe you were billed in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. We will review and resolve billing disputes promptly.

2. Mini POS Bluetooth Printer (58mm / 80mm)
We provide a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase for the Mini POS Printers, applicable for:

  1. ✷ Manufacturer Defects
  2. ✷ Hardware Malfunctions (not caused by misuse or accidental damage)

During the Warranty Period:

  1. ✷ If the product is found to be defective under normal usage, we will offer free replacement or refund.
  2. ✷ Refunds or replacements will only be processed after verifying the issue and receiving the returned item in original or acceptable condition.

Warranty does not cover:
