The member must accept that it is his/her responsibility to make changes to his account and to maintain their account securely. You must use a secure password for your account.
No one is allowed to copy any of the data from here in any way.
The Institute is under no obligation to disclose any information provided by a member. But we are obliged to comply with it if it is required by law.
The institution has the power to suspend your account due to breach of one or more conditions mentioned in this agreement or any illegal or violance activity detected through your account.
You can deactivate your account & delete your all data by sending a request to the customer support.
The Company reserves the right to change or add new terms to this agreement without any prior notice.
When any member registers with Fan Budget app he or she is deemed to be entering into an agreement with fanbudget.com subject to the terms & conditions of this document which is deemed to have been enacted in Moratuwa Colombo.
You and fanBudget.com hereby agree that all disputes regarding the Fan Budget service will be heard by an arbitrator consisting of three (3) arbitrators under the Disputes Settlement Act No. 11 of 1995 in Colombo.
